September 13, 2006Crown Asia Properties Inc. (CAPI) released an official notice dated September 1, 2006 in regard to the property maintenance policy of Fortezza as agreed upon with the Fortezza Homeowners' Association Board of Directors.
In the letter, Crown Asia agrees to shoulder the 88% of the maintenance expenses of the subdivision and maintains their commitment to provide the necessary amenities.
